I. Orders & Processing

I.1  How long does it take to process my order?

⟡ Orders are verified, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once dispatched. See our Shipping Policy.


I.2  Can I change or cancel my order?

⟡ Orders move quickly through processing, so changes may not be possible. Email info@pawpuparazzi.com within 12 hours and we’ll do our best.


I.3  What if an item is out of stock?

⟡ Join the restock list on the product page; we’ll notify you when it’s available.


I.4  Do you ship internationally?

⟡ Not at this time — we currently ship within the United States. See our Shipping Policy.


I.5  How will I receive tracking?

⟡ Tracking information is emailed once your order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier. Once shipped, you can Track Your Order here anytime for real-time updates.



II. Shipping & Delivery

II.1  How long does delivery take?

⟡ Delivery depends on destination and method. Estimated transit times appear at checkout. Delays may occur during peak periods. See our Shipping Policy.


II.2  Do you offer express shipping?

⟡ Not at the moment — we offer standard shipping only. Delivery estimates appear at checkout.


II.3  Will I be charged sales tax?

⟡ Applicable state and local sales tax rates are automatically calculated, visibly shown at checkout based on your U.S. delivery address and current tax laws.



III. Payments & Promotions

III.1  What payment methods do you accept?

⟡ We accept credit cards and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club — plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Paw Puparazzi eGift Cards and store credit. Apply gift cards or store credit first. We do not accept checks, money orders, phone orders, C.O.D., or cryptocurrency.


III.2  Which currency will I be charged in?

⟡ USD. If your card uses another currency, your bank converts at its rate.


III.3  Do you offer a payment plan?

⟡ Yes — eligible U.S. customers can check out using Shop Pay Installments on orders between $35 and $30,000 USD. Depending on the order total, you may choose to pay in 2 or 4 interest-free biweekly payments, or monthly payments with varying terms. Rates range from 0–36% APR, and approval is handled instantly at checkout. III.4  How can I stay updated on new products and promotions?

⟡ Join our newsletter or follow @PawPuparazzi on social for early access to launches and exclusive offers. Only promotions issued directly by Paw Puparazzi are valid.


III.5  Do you offer gift cards?

⟡ Yes — digital Gift Cards from $50–$1,000, delivered by email, valid for five years from the date of purchase, with no additional fees.


III.6  How do I use a gift card or promo code?

⟡ Enter it at checkout. Some offers can’t be combined; if multiple apply, select one.



IV. Returns & Refunds

IV.1  What is your return policy?

⟡ Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging with tags attached. Certain items (such as customized or sale pieces) are final sale. See our Refund Policy.


IV.2  How do I start a return?

⟡ Email info@pawpuparazzi.com with your order number and reason; we’ll guide you through the steps.


IV.3  When will I receive my refund?

⟡ Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


IV.4  Can I exchange for a different size or color?

⟡ Please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for your preferred size or color.



V. Sizing & Products

V.1  How do I choose the right size for my dog?

⟡ Refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements by product type. When between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.


V.2  Do you offer matching sets for dogs and owners?

⟡ Yes — many collections include coordinating pieces for both pup and parent. Sizing details are listed on each product page.


V.3  Can I customize products?

⟡ Yes — we have a dedicated collection, CUSTOM: Canine Couture, featuring personalized favorites for pups and pet parents. If you have additional ideas or want a design not already shown in the collection, email info@pawpuparazzi.com to discuss your custom order requests.
